At the Echo Summit trail head near Lake Tahoe, we interviewed PCT through hikers Yvonne and William from Amsterdam. They came from the Mexico border and had been hiking for almost three months. They planned to hike to the Canadian border, but didn't know the exact mileage.

The original werewolf, "The Wolfman", jumped out of the bushes and grabbed our team flag. We were able to snap a picture of him and the raising moon before he could get away. (5 bonus points)

We talked him into giving our flag back, then he shared a bottle of his wine with us. Nice guy...or wolf.
